1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WafWay ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConceptGood Consultants ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

WafWay is an enterprise-grade Web Application Firewall (WAF) solution that provides:

• Protection against SQL injection, XSS, and OWASP Top 10 threats
• Real-time traffic monitoring and analytics
• Custom security rule configuration
• Rate limiting and bot detection
• Administrative dashboard for management

3. License Types

3.1 Community Edition (Free)

The Community Edition is provided free of charge for personal and small business use, subject to the following conditions:

• Limited to core WAF protection features
• Community support only (no SLA)
• May not be used for resale or redistribution
• Attribution to WafWay and ConceptGood Consultants required

3.2 Professional Edition

The Professional Edition is available through a paid subscription and includes:

• All Community features plus advanced protection
• Email support with defined response times
• Advanced dashboard and analytics
• License for commercial use

3.3 Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise Edition provides full functionality with:

• All Professional features plus clustering and HA
• 24/7 premium support with SLA
• Custom integrations and compliance reporting
• Dedicated account management

4. User Responsibilities

By using WafWay, you agree to:

• Use the Software only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your installation and credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Software to attack, harm, or interfere with other systems

5. Data and Privacy

WafWay is a self-hosted solution:

• All traffic data, logs, and analytics remain on your servers
• We do not collect, transmit, or store your web application traffic
• You are responsible for the security and backup of your data
• Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from our website and services

6. Intellectual Property

WafWay and all related intellectual property rights are owned by ConceptGood Consultants. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• Documentation and training materials
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Security detection patterns and algorithms

Your license to use WafWay does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Payment Terms

For paid editions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT of third-party rights
• UNINTERRUPTED or ERROR-FREE operation
• COMPLETE PROTECTION against all security threats

While WafWay provides robust security protection, no security solution can guarantee 100% protection against all threats. You acknowledge that security is a shared responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ConceptGood Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages arising from security breaches, data loss, or system failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConceptGood Consultants, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Software
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your negligence or misconduct

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in activities harmful to our business or reputation

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time:

• Software updates may be provided to fix bugs, add features, or improve security
• We will notify you of material changes to these Terms
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable license agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConceptGood Consultants regarding WafWay and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
